The H.C. Valentine team is looking forward to the upcoming National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show in Chicago, Ill. Foodservice professionals from all 50 U.S. states and more than 100 countries will attend the show on May 16-19, 2015. H.C. Valentine, along with our sister company Royal Cup, Inc., will set up an exhibit at the event, so be sure to stop by to visit us at booth 1125.
This year, we are excited to showcase nitro coffee, which is a nitrogen-infused coffee that adds a bubbly element to typical iced coffee. Many culinary resources, like Bon Appetit, have compared nitro coffee to a beer with the foamy head of a Guinness. To achieve this bubbly, foamy perfection, we will utilize a JoeTap, the leading cold brew tap system for nitro coffee.
Our booth will also feature an H.C. Valentine pour-over station featuring all of our signature artisan blends. The pour-over brewing method allows NRA Show attendees the opportunity to try multiple variations of our sight-roasted coffees and fully experience the taste profile of each blend. Given the action-packed schedule of the NRA Show, we’re happy to provide a delicious caffeine boost to keep you going!
In addition to our coffees, the NRA Show will feature educational sessions hosted by leading foodservice professionals and nationally recognized restaurant executives on topics ranging from food and nutrition, to operations, sustainability and technology. Each year, our team enjoys tapping into leading industry trends and incorporating the best practices into our day-to-day operations.
